Day 1: Cairo – Arrive in Cairo and explore at your leisure. In the evening, meet your group and guide for a welcome session.
Day 2: Giza & Cairo – Visit the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Sphinx, and the Egyptian Museum. Board an overnight sleeper train to Aswan.
Day 3: Aswan – Arrive in Aswan and enjoy free time. Visit a Nubian village for a traditional dinner.
Day 4: Aswan – Explore Aswan at your own pace or opt for an excursion to Abu Simbel or Philae Temple.
Day 5: Aswan – Luxor – Sail the Nile on a felucca, visit Kom Ombo Temple, and transfer to Luxor for dinner at a local market.
Day 6: Luxor – Discover the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Enjoy a local family lunch.
Day 7: Luxor – visit Karnak Temple, and explore Luxor’s bazaar.
Day 8: Luxor – Cairo – Fly back to Cairo. Optional tour to Memphis and Sakkara before departure.

Arrive at any time. There are no scheduled activities until the evening welcome meeting.
If this is your first visit to Cairo, we recommend pre-booking an airport transfer for a hassle-free arrival. Additionally, if you plan to join the Islamic and Coptic Cairo Tour, an extra night of accommodation is required, as the tour departs at 10:00 AM.
Meet your Tour leader guide and fellow travellers to learn more about the tour. You can also opt to join the group for a local meal afterwards. Check the notice in the lobby or ask reception for details on the meeting time and location.

- Islamic and Coptic Cairo Tour – Discover Cairo’s diverse heritage with visits to the Citadel of Saladin, Mohamed Ali Mosque, the Hanging Church, St. Sergius Church, and Ben Ezra Synagogue.

Explore the Great Pyramid of Giza and the Sphinx before a guided tour of the Egyptian Museum. In the evening, board an overnight train to Aswan.
The overnight train features air-conditioned twin-berth cabins with a sink. While showers are not available, shared restrooms are located at the end of each carriage. A basic dinner and breakfast are included. Drinks are available for purchase, and there is a bar car for socializing.
Note:Â During Ramadan, the Egyptian Museum and pyramids close at 3:00 PM. The schedule for Day 2 will be adjusted as follows:
- 9:00 – 11:00 AM: Visit the Pyramids
- 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM: Explore the Museum
- 3:00 – 4:00 PM: Lunch before heading to the train station
Arrive in Aswan early in the morning. Enjoy some free time exploring the bustling market or strolling along the Nile. Later, take a boat ride to a Nubian village, where you’ll experience local culture and enjoy a home-cooked dinner.

For an unforgettable experience, consider visiting Abu Simbel, one of Egypt’s most impressive temples. You can also opt for a half-day tour of the Unfinished Obelisk, High Dam, and Philae Temple, or visit the modern Nubian Museum.

After breakfast, board a traditional felucca and sail to Aswan Bridge. From there, travel by private vehicle to Kom Ombo Temple, before continuing to Luxor. Enjoy dinner at the local market, sampling regional specialities.
