    Visit Jerash, one of the best-preserved Roman sites

    Return to Amman and visit the Jordan Archaeological Museum and the Citadel.

  3. Day 3 Amman to Wadi Musa

    Drive along the King’s Highway to Mount Nebo and Madaba.

    Visit Mount Nebo and see Byzantine mosaics in Madaba.

    Arrive in Wadi Musa and attend a talk by an archaeologist about Petra.

  4. Day 4 Wadi Musa

    Guided tour of Petra, exploring the Siq and major monuments.

    Free time to explore Petra on your own.

    Optional: Petra by Night with Bedouin music.

  5. Day 5 Wadi Musa to Wadi Rum

    Drive to Wadi Rum and enjoy a 4x4 desert excursion.

  6. Day 6 Wadi Rum to Dead Sea

  10. Day 10 Cairo to Aswan

    Board an early flight from Cairo to Aswan.

    Upon arrival, visit the Philae Temple, dedicated to the Goddess Isis. The temple complex was relocated from its original site on the Island of Philae due to the flooding of Lake Nasser.

    Learn about the temple's architecture, history, and its significant place in Egyptian culture.

    In the evening, embark on a sunset felucca ride on the Nile to a Nubian Village. Explore the village, learn about local customs, and enjoy a traditional dinner at a local family's home.

  11. Day 11 Aswan

    Fly to Abu Simbel in the morning to explore the two rock-cut temples dedicated to King Ramses II and Queen Nefertari. These temples were saved from the waters of Lake Nasser through a global effort led by UNESCO in the 1960s.

    Return to Aswan for lunch and an afternoon at leisure.

    Optional: Experience the sound and light show at Philae Temple in the evening.

  12. Day 12 Aswan to Luxor

    Drive north along the Nile, passing local villages and farmland, to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek.

    Continue to the Temple of Edfu, which took nearly 200 years to build and is dedicated to the God of War and Sky, Horus.

    Enjoy lunch before the scenic drive to Luxor.

  13. Day 13 Luxor
