Standard Cancellation Terms
- More than 60 days before departure:
- Lifetime Deposit retained for future travel
- All other payments fully refunded
- 30-59 days before departure:
- Lifetime Deposit retained for future travel
- 50% refund of remaining payment
- Less than 30 days before departure:
- No refund available
Price Change Policy
In the event of a price change, you may:
- Cancel your booking for a full refund, or
- Accept the new price
Note: If we don’t receive your response within 14 days, the new price will be considered accepted.
Tour Cancellation Options
Non-Force Majeure Events
If we cancel your tour due to non-force majeure circumstances, you may choose:
- Transfer to an alternative tour
- Receive a full refund
- Accept a travel credit for future use
Force Majeure Events
In case of force majeure circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), you may choose:
- Transfer to an alternative tour
- Receive a 110% travel credit for future use
- Receive a refund minus any unrecoverable costs
